Do you do customs?
I occasionally take custom orders. Please check my bio for the customs form, if it is not there it means customs are closed. I do not accept customs through DMs and will always announce when I am taking custom requests.

Do you answer DMs on Instagram?
I strive to respond to as many messages as I can, but as a one-person operation, I can’t always keep up. Please refer to these FAQs first, and if your question isn’t answered, feel free to email me through my website, and I’ll do my best to respond.

Where do you ship?
I ship worldwide from the UK. International shipping prices typically range from £10 to £20.

When is the next drop?
I will provide information about upcoming drops in my posts. Please note that all dates and times are in UK format.

Will a certain plushie be restocked?
Restocks are not guaranteed unless I announce them. Larger plushies are often one-of-a-kind and may not be restocked, although different variations could be made. Smaller plushies are more likely to be restocked, but as I’m a one-person team, I can only make a limited number at a time. Keep an eye on my posts for restock announcements!
